Big Girl V Food

Food...This is my vice. I don't do drugs or drink. I eat for any reason from being happy or mad...It doesn't matter. Add to this my passionate dislike of sweating and my love of all things deep fried and you will get why I now weigh 280 ponds.

I have started the process of adopting a healthy lifestyle several times, only to fall off the wagon and gain more weight. I even signed on to become a Beachbody coach. I am still a coach, but the weight loss went down the tubes. But since everyday is a chance for a fresh start I am taking that chance and getting my butt in gear!

I am starting Power 90 today. For those that have no clue what that is , I will list my link for all to check out. I will be embarking on a 3 month relationship with Tony Horton(Power 90, P90X, P90X2). I will be doing this program with my Ex sister in law, Jessica Ray. I will be posting pics, video and stats as the weeks progress. I will also be posting favorite low cal recipes that I enjoy. I want to write this blog in an effort to help and uplift those of you who are going through this struggle with me. I encourage any of my readers to do something...ANYTHING that is going to get you closer to your weightloss goals. And please don't hesitate to comment with thoughts and suggestions. Any help is appreciated!
